our vision

Redefining Attainable Housing

At Ora, we are committed to addressing the critical need in attainable housing for the Southeast region of the United States.

Our focus stems in prioritizing lower rents while developing well-designed and experiential housing accessible to our essential workers—creating communities that instill pride and contribute to the strength and vibrancy of our region. As housing costs continue to rise and the supply of affordable options dwindles, our vision stems to bridge this "missing middle" while fostering beauty, pride, and uplifting environments within each community we develop.

Our Team

Ora represents the strategic alliance of two families, each with a legacy rooted in shared values of integrity, collaboration, and perseverance. These principles, deeply ingrained in our DNA, have shaped our individual successes in the real estate and hospitality sectors, where we have established a proven track record in land acquisition, zoning, permitting, development, refurbishment, operations, and brand creation. Together, we bring over 35 years of combined experience in real estate and more than 18 years of specialized knowledge of the Miami-Dade market. This partnership was founded on the recognition of complementary strengths, a shared vision, and the ambition to redefine attainable housing and community development in the region.

Our mission is to leverage our collective expertise and local insight to deliver developments that are not only financially successful but also thoughtfully designed to enhance the lives of residents and uplift the surrounding communities. By combining innovation, meticulous planning, and an unwavering focus on execution, Ora is perfectly positioned to achieve transformative results that leave a lasting impact on the Miami-Dade real estate landscape and beyond.
